  1. The present crisis is probably going to lead to lots of changes in the way young people think. They’ll realise that there’s no guarantee of traditional employment and that may propel a few to take the initiative and start up their own ventures. That’s not easy, but the very innovative and hardworking ones will make it work. Otherwise clearly going to another country to find a job will become a more acceptable option. There must be business opportunities here for people who want to assist all the young people languishing without jobs, even if it’s just setting up infrastructure to write apps, create online businesses or make YouTube videos, etc.

    • Ironically, there is a huge market (and therefore economic opportunity) of disadvantaged youth out there who are in need of concrete solutions to their problems. Let’s hope that those providing these solutions are compassionate and visionary.
